With Valentine's day on the horizon, love is in the air! And while we value the importance of the relationships we share with one another, there is one relationship we all have in common that needs to be acknowledged. The connection we share with the environment. So we're sending it lots of love by partnering with the Appalachian Trail Conservancy.

The Appalachian Trail Conservancy’s mission is to preserve and manage the Appalachian Trail – ensuring that its vast natural beauty and priceless cultural heritage can be shared and enjoyed today, tomorrow, and for centuries to come. The Trail is a marked hiking trail in the eastern United States extending between Springer Mountain in Georgia and Mount Katahdin in Maine.

As a company of explorers, adventure seekers, and nature lovers The Appalachian Trail is a place we hold close to us. Not only because we have experienced hikes along parts of the Appalachian Trail, but Dandelion’s founder, Beth has a special connection to the AT. Beth was one of the first women to work with the Appalachian Mountain Club, which promotes the protection, enjoyment, and understanding of the mountains, forests, waters, and trails of the Appalachian region. How amazing is that?!

So join us Saturday, February 4th - Sunday, February 5th when 10% of our sales from the weekend will be donated to the Appalachian Trail Conservancy. When customers make a purchase they’re helping preserve a historic trail, give back to the environment, and grow the love.

Grab your hiking boots, hit the trails, then stop in and shop with us!
