When storing in the freezer, place the eye pillow in a plastic bag so that it doesn't get wet. Directions: Eye pillow can be left in the freezer long term (in a sealed bag) or chilled for at least 20 minutes to achieve a longer-lasting chill. An eye pillow can also be used at room temperature. It is not advised to place hot items on your eyes.
