This necklace is handmade by Navajo artists in New Mexico.  It features Navajo "pearls," which are not pearls at all, but are round sterling silver beads made entirely by hand from flat silver sheet metal.  They are cut, formed, soldered, and polished using traditional methods, and each and every bead is unique.  These are strung with turquoise and synthetic opal accent beads to create a unique and beautiful necklace.
