There are variations in the brass that show in sunshine; there’s a very small bead that adds character; they are not set so can move/swing slightly; about the size of a dime in circumference; the top of loop starts about 1/4 inch from earlobe (a small silver hoop), so dime size makes the length a bit more than an inch - about size of coin earrings, perhaps a tad lower. I love em!

It’s so pretty, comfortable and durable. I never take it off.
