Customer service was wonderful. The two items arrived well packaged and well wrapped. In fact, they are gifts and I wanted to peek in and look at the items, but they were so well wrapped with cute bows, that I was afraid to untie them. My stainless steel hoops arrived today and I immediately put them on. I love them! I will be wearing them 24/7 unless I have a reason to wear something else. I ordered a Julie Vos necklace for my mom from Dandelion the same day I ordered earrings from Julie Vos. They arrived the same day. However, the gift wrapping from Dandelion was much more sophisticated including a hand written note from the seller and a hand tied bow. Overall, great service and communication!
