Customer service was wonderful. The two items arrived well packaged and well wrapped. In fact, they are gifts and I wanted to peek in and look at the items, but they were so well wrapped with cute bows, that I was afraid to untie them. I knew I couldn't duplicate the wrapping, so I will have to wait for Christmas too!. Jeff Grey makes lovely jewelry.

My stainless steel hoops arrived today and I immediately put them on. I love them! I will be wearing them 24/7 unless I have a reason to wear something else.
