Shipping Information

We offer several shipping options within the USA and internationally, for your convenience. We strive to ship every order promptly, processing and shipping most orders with 1-2 business days.


Processing and Fulfillment

Your order may be fulfilled by any of our 3 store locations (Ardmore, PA, Saucon Valley, PA, or Princeton, NJ), or our main office warehouse (Philadelphia, PA). It is possible, if you have purchased multiple items, that your order could ship separately from multiple locations. We make every effort to ship your order within 1-2 business days. If you place your order in the afternoon or evening, it will most likely be shipped the next day (unless it is a weekend). If you place your order in the morning, it may even be shipped the same day. You will receive an email confirming your order, and a separate email with tracking information once your order is ready for shipment.

Shipment Method

We ship all domestic orders by UPS or USPS standard ground shipping, unless you purchase an upgraded shipping method at checkout. We offer free standard shipping for all domestic orders over $50, excluding Alaska & Hawaii. We also offer expedited shipping options, which you can view on our checkout page. We also ship internationally - you will be able to see the available shipping options at checkout based on your location. If your order is delivered outside the United States, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees.

While we strive to process your order as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee UPS, USPS, or other carrier delivery times, as any delays are beyond our control.

You will be emailed a tracking number for your order so that you can check when it is expected to be delivered.
Your items will be packaged securely in our jewelry boxes or pouches. We will happily gift package your items, unless you specify that you do not want it wrapped. We will also include a gift receipt inside the box in case the recipient needs to make an exchange. We will ship your order in a plain brown cardboard box with tissue paper.
