We acknowledge and understand that purchasing jewelry online versus in person can be uniquely challenging, without the opportunity to see, feel, and try on items. We always strive to represent our jewelry accurately in photographs and descriptions, but there's nothing like the real thing! Therefore, for those who cannot visit us in person, we offer a refund option in case the purchase does not meet expectations. If you make a purchase of regular-priced merchandise online that does not meet your expectations, and would like to return for a refund, you must submit a return request within 24 hours of your package being delivered. After receiving confirmation and our return shipping label, the item(s) must be shipped back to us within 48 hours. Once we receive the item(s), and confirm they are returned in unworn, pristine condition (safely packaged, with gift receipt/packing slip), we will issue a refund.
