How Long Does the Shipping Process Take?
Once your order is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. That means we have received your order and will start processing it for you right away.
Your order may be fulfilled by any of our 3 store locations (Ardmore, PA, Saucon Valley, PA, or Princeton, NJ), or our main office warehouse (Philadelphia, PA). It is possible, if you have purchased multiple items, that your order could ship separately from multiple locations.
We make every effort to ship your order within 1-2 business days. If you place your order in the afternoon or evening, it will most likely be shipped the next day (unless it is a weekend). If you place your order in the morning, it may even be shipped the same day.
We ship all domestic orders by UPS or USPS. We offer free standard shipping for all domestic orders over $50, excluding Alaska & Hawaii. We also offer expedited shipping options, which you can view on our checkout page. We also ship internationally - you will be able to see the available shipping options at checkout based on your location.
If your order is being shipped via UPS:
To give you an idea of typical shipping time to your location, check this map provided by UPS. This example shows how many days your package will take to arrive to your region if it is shipped from our Princeton, NJ location. Shipping times from our other locations are typically the same or faster.
You will be emailed a tracking number for your order so that you can check when it is expected to be delivered.
Your items will be packaged securely in our jewelry boxes or pouches. We will happily gift wrap for you, unless you specify that you do not want it wrapped. We will also include a gift receipt inside the box in case the recipient needs to make an exchange. We will ship your order in a plain brown cardboard box with tissue paper.
