New York-based designer Julie Vos is the woman behind her namesake brand. Her collection is classically inspired and richly luxurious, earning her a devoted following and a notable name in “wearable luxury.” What started as a desire to give women the kind of jewelry they were looking for developed into an essential niche in the jewelry world.

Raised in Connecticut, Julie Vos attended New York University for her undergraduate studies and made New York City her home. She absorbs the glorious details of the city — the architecture, the art, the ironwork — and interprets it to create stylish and sophisticated classics that make women look and feel beautiful.

One of our favorite things about her collection is that many of her designs are reversible or convertible to wear in different ways. For example, many of her pendants feature a gem on one side and a gold medallion design on the flip side. Her hoops often come with hanging drops that are reversible and removable so that you get two or even three looks from one pair of earrings! Clever and so functional, especially if you travel and want to make the most of the space in your jewelry case.

Julie Vos's jewelry is designed and handcrafted to fine jewelry standards. Made of semi-precious stones, pearl, and imported glass, handset in 24k gold plate over nickel-free brass and sealed to prevent tarnish.
