In-store: We accept exchanges for regular-priced merchandise within 14 days of purchase. Exchanges may be made for other merchandise or store credit. Dandelion gives no cash or credit card refunds for items purchased in store. Store credit does not expire.
All SALE (discounted) items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Online only: We accept exchanges and offer store credit (minus $7 shipping fee) for regular-priced merchandise within 14 days of delivery. Submit a return request here to begin the process. The item must be in unworn, new condition. If approved, we will contact you with a store credit code, which does not expire. If you received an item as a gift that you would like to exchange, please contact us at sales@dandelionjewelry.com.
Additionally, items purchased online may be eligible for a refund (minus $7 shipping fee). To be approved for a refund, you must submit a return request within 24 hours of delivery. Your return must be shipped back to us, in unworn, pristine condition and in the original packaging, using the provided shipping label within 48 hours of approval. If your return is not shipped within 48 hours of receiving your shipping label, it will only be eligible for store credit, at our discretion.
Items purchased online cannot be returned for a refund in any of our store locations. This policy only applies to online purchases returned via shipping.
