We ship in 1 or 2 business days. Orders over $50 are eligible for free UPS Ground Shipping. Other shipping options are available, learn more here.
We accept exchanges for regular-priced merchandise within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges may be made for other merchandise or store credit. Additionally, items purchased online may be eligible for a refund (minus shipping fee). To be approved for a refund, you must submit a return request within 24 hours of delivery.
All SALE (discounted) items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
When ordering on our website, you have the option to pick up your purchase in one of our three store locations. First, check the product listing to make sure the item is in stock at the store near you.
Select "Pick up" as your delivery method at checkout, and we will send you an email when your order is ready to be picked up!
REDEEMING A GIFT CARD OR CREDIT
Look for the "Discount code" box at checkout and enter your code. For e-gift cards, enter the code that you were sent in your email. For physical gift cards, enter the numeric code on the back of your card. **If you are using a gift card code with only 6 numbers, enter 00 at the end of your 6-digit code. If your code is not working, please contact us for assistance.
