What is your return/exchange policy? We have different return/exchange policies for our online store and our physical store locations. Please make sure you are viewing the correct policy below (Online Orders or In-Store Purchases). Repairs & Alterations

Do you repair jewelry? We do offer a repair service for jewelry purchased in our stores and on our website. We cannot guarantee that every item can be repaired; each repair is considered on a case-by-case basis. We do not repair any jewelry not purchased from Dandelion.  What should I do if I want something repaired? If you can bring your item to one of our store locations, it is the best option! Gift Wrapping & Gift Receipts

Do you offer gift wrapping? Yes, every online order will arrive in our gift packaging - no need to make a special request. Depending on the items, jewelry will be in boxes tied with a ribbon bow or gift pouches with tissue paper. Each item will have a gift receipt included. Can I add a gift message? Yes! On the "Your cart" page is the option to leave us a note or write a gift message for the recipient of a gift. How Long Does the Shipping Process Take? Once your order is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. That means we have received your order and will start processing it for you right away. Your order may be fulfilled by any of our 3 store locations (Ardmore, PA, Saucon Valley, PA, or Princeton, NJ), or our main office warehouse (Philadelphia, PA).
